Project Management

Project Manager – Alyce Richards

Alyce hails from a small family property in Benambra, attended the local Benambra Primary School before completing Secondary School in Swifts Creek and then leaving the region to study a Bachelor in Agriculture at Dookie College (Melbourne University).

Like all good East Gippslanders, Alyce eventually returned home in 2011 and retrained to become a nurse and continued to work in clinical and administrative roles for the last 12 years.

Out of hours, Alyce can be found in the Swifts Creek area, with her three school-age children and enjoying working alongside her husband on his family beef property.

A committed and dedicated local resident, Alyce volunteers for many committees including Secretary of the Tambo Valley Race Club and Swifts Creek CFA and as President of the Swifts Creek P-12 School Council.

“I have a passion for the area and the future of our community having seen so many changes over my lifetime. I intend to work collaboratively with our community to analyse our strengths and opportunities and develop and support strategies for our economy with honesty, integrity and respect”
